Refund policy
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
An item is eligible for return if:
- It is unused, unworn, and undamaged
- It is in its original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is intact and enclosed
- The return is requested within the 30-day window
- The return has been pre-authorized by our customer care team
Trying on items for fit is permitted. If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or damage, a reduction in refund value may apply.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at time of purchase
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged through improper care or washing
Intimates and swimwear are non-returnable if the hygiene seal has been removed.
All returns must be shipped to our fulfillment warehouse. Customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Selecting a carrier that supports customs clearance (if applicable)
- Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees
- Ensuring items are packaged securely
Luna Marie is not responsible for return parcels that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues or incorrect shipping methods.
Returns must be sent only to the address provided by our customer care team after approval. Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.
To request a return, please email our support team with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for your return
- Clear photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)
- Your full name and shipping address
You will receive return instructions within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, a return may be requested in accordance with this policy.
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the outcome via email
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be finalized by your bank or payment provider
The 10% restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund total. Gift wrapping and optional insured shipping selected at checkout are non-refundable.
If your order included a promotional discount (bundle deals, sale offers, etc.) and you return part of your order, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the items kept at their original price. Refunds are recalculated based on the qualifying order value after the return.
A 10% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
In certain cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion. Store credit is non-refundable and can only be issued once per order.
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout:
- We may arrange a redelivery once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse and the correct address is confirmed
- Or offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill, depending on the condition of the returned item
If the returned items are not in their original condition, a reduction in value may apply.
Luna Marie reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
