We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Available shipping regions are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are unable to process your order at this time.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are complete and correct — incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays, failed delivery, or additional fees.
Luna Marie is not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors made at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once processed, your order will be shipped from our fulfillment center. Average delivery time:

Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no additional shipping or handling fees.

All payments are processed securely through our payment service provider. Luna Marie does not store your payment details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
You can track your delivery at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email or by visiting our order tracking page.
Tracking updates typically appear 3–8 business days after the package has left the warehouse. If no updates appear after 10 days, please contact our support team.
If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The package may be returned to our fulfillment center
- We will contact you to clarify the correct address
- We will offer redelivery or a suitable resolution
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery due to address errors.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.
If the package cannot be found, please check with neighbors, building management, or any secure location near your address before contacting us. We will gladly assist you in contacting the shipping provider and investigating the matter.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Luna Marie has no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays caused by customs clearance. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
